Refund and Returns Policy
Cancellation and refund policies for digital product ecommerce should be clearly communicated to customers in order to avoid misunderstandings and disputes. Here’s an example of a cancellation and refund policy that you can use as a starting point:
Cancellation Policy:
As our work is time bound, customers can cancel their order within specified hours of purchase that the customer has asked for. After passing of specified hours, no cancellations will be accepted.
Refund Policy:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Exceptions:
Refunds will not be granted if:
- The 4 day refund period has expired.
- The digital product has been used, downloaded, or accessed.
- The customer has violated the terms of service or end user license agreement.
